Every Christmas Eve Begins With a Journey North...
Every Christmas Eve Begins with a Journey of Wonder...
Santa has discovered something important.
Every year, just before Christmas Eve, he spends a quiet evening sharing stories with a handful of special visitors beside the North Pole Express.
Together, they watch the snow fall, gather around the lantern's warm glow, and talk about the places Christmas Magic can be found—not only at the North Pole, but in homes filled with kindness, generosity, hope, and love.
That's where your child comes in.
This year, your family has received a special invitation to join Santa for one of those unforgettable evenings.
Wrapped in falling snow, they'll sit beside Santa, hear stories from the North Pole, discover a little Christmas Magic, and experience the wonder that has made this season feel magical for generations.
Before they leave, your child won't simply have met Santa.
They'll leave believing they were part of one of his favorite Christmas traditions.
Some journeys begin with a train.
The most unforgettable ones begin with wonder.

Polar Express is designed as an interactive storytelling experience, so children who enjoy following directions and participating in imaginative play tend to get the most from the adventure.
Most children ages 4 and up are a wonderful fit.
Children who are 3 years old are certainly welcome, especially if they already enjoy visiting with Santa or have an older sibling participating alongside them. Because this experience is longer than a traditional Santa visit and includes several interactive moments, children who are comfortable engaging with Santa and participating in the story will have the best experience.
If you're unsure whether Polar Express is the right fit for your child, I'd be happy to help you choose the adventure they'll enjoy most.

The Polar Express is one of our gentlest Santa experiences, making it a wonderful choice for children who need a little extra time to warm up.
Rather than standing in line or feeling rushed, your child will simply sit beside Santa, listen to stories, explore a little Christmas Magic, and enjoy a relaxed conversation together. There's no pressure to perform or smile on command—we let the experience unfold naturally at your child's pace.
Some of our sweetest moments happen when quiet children slowly realize they're sitting beside Santa himself.
-
The Polar Express train serves as the beautiful backdrop for this experience, creating the feeling of a snowy evening with Santa at the North Pole.
While children won't be boarding or riding a train, they'll spend time beside Santa, hear stories from the North Pole, discover a little Christmas Magic, and enjoy one of Santa's favorite Christmas traditions.
The result is an immersive storytelling experience designed to feel timeless, magical, and full of wonder.
-
Absolutely! Parents are invited to remain in the studio throughout the experience. While I encourage parents to relax and enjoy watching the story unfold, I ask that Santa lead the conversation so your child can become fully immersed in the adventure. Watching their expressions as the magic unfolds is often one of the parents' favorite parts of the experience.
-
No worries! Polar Express takes place entirely indoors, so your adventure won't be affected by rain, cold weather, or changing conditions. We'll be surrounded by Christmas Magic no matter what the weather is doing outside.
Before the Last Snowflake Falls...
One day, the Christmas pajamas will be tucked away.
The little boots won't leave tiny footprints in the snow anymore.
The excitement of waiting for Santa will slowly become cherished childhood memories.
But before that day comes...
There are still stories to hear, a little Christmas Magic to discover, and quiet moments beside Santa that your family will treasure forever.
Years from now, these won't simply be photographs of a Christmas visit.
They'll be a reminder of a season when wonder felt real, imagination knew no limits, and your child believed that anything was possible.
Because sometimes the most meaningful Christmas memories aren't the loudest ones.
They're the quiet moments that stay in our hearts forever.
